Quiet room for a hotel in New York. Attentive staff. The breakfast included made for quite a nice addition. And the live jazz at night on the weekend was a bonus.

The staff were accommodating, the breakfast was marvellous and everything was excellent. It was good value with a newly renovated decor. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll away from a long-standing department store.

Well-equipped and nicely decorated unit with 2 queen beds, good storage, the balcony. Public parking on street provided.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Will definitely stay there again. The hotel held our luggage for us as we were early to check-in and they offered us breakfast before we went sight-seeing. They even held our luggage for use after we checked out which was extremely convenient. Very nice doormen too. Very happy with our stay!!

Not much I didn't like. The beds were not exactly pillow top, but they were still okay to sleep on.

It is well within walking distance of all the major attractions, plus a metro station on the doorstep make getting anywhere else so easy

Excellent position, only few meters from metropolitan station and 15 minutes walking from Empire State Building. Hotel Staff is very friendly and polite.

We stayed at Park South Hotel and were due to fly back home the day that Hurricane Sandy hit New York. Despite having no power or water for five days, the hotel staff and management did absolutely everything to keep their guests comfortable and even set up lap tops from a generator to allow us to get in touch with airlines etc. Their good humour, patience, politeness and professionalism ensured that what could have been a bad experience was not. Lovely hotel, friendly, clean, welcoming and absolutely fabulous in a crisis!

Nicely decorated hotel, fairly clean, delightfully helpful staff, location in Woodbury or to the airport was unbeatable. Location: the venue was not far from the Flatiron District & Union Square and great restaurant and New York for the parade. Luckily it was close to Penelope, had pastries there when it was unseasonably hot outside;))

Location is central - easy to catch a cab or subway nearby. Window opens a crack, which is better than some places.

Room felt very shabby. When I opened one of the dresser drawers the handle came off in my hand. Only window option was blackout shade as there is a VERY BRIGHT light outside on the street (if you are in room 307 at least)

great stay but missing a few amenities

The cleanliness in the room was great, and the modern design with vinyl plank flooring added a refreshing vibe to our experience.

The lack of included breakfast options was a slight inconvenience.

Close to the subway, neat & clean, good buffet, staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary evening drink each night!

Very expensive, and the room was very small. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom, but otherwise comfortable.

The hotel location was great and the staff very helpfull. The room was clean and comfortable for one person. I will recommend this place.
